1 lb Jimmy Dean Refrigerated – Roll Sausage
8 slices Wright Brand Hickory Smoked Bacon, cooked and diced
6 oz Dry Stuffing Mix, prepare according to instructions
3 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked bacon, cooked stuffing, sausage, and cheese. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Make about 48 sausage balls out of the mixture.
Step 5: Arrange the sausage balls onto the lined baking sheet.
Step 6: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.
Step 7: Remove the sausage balls from the oven and let them sit at room temperature to cool for a few minutes.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
