This is my new favourite recipe – juicy pork chops covered in stovetop stuffing and baked to crispy perfection! Ever since I’ve found this easy and quick recipe, I’ve been making this constantly. These stuffing-coated pork chops are my family’s new favourite and go-to. It’s a total keeper, you have to make sure not to miss this! Feel free to use any flavour of stovetop stuffing from chicken, pork, or turkey. No matter which you pick, it’s gonna be amazing!
Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and this pork chop dish is one of the best meals you can make! The stuffing mix has already loads of flavour, so you don’t have to worry about flavourless chops. Plus, the chops are baked in a baking dish coated with melted butter.

Ingredients
3 tbsp butter melted
6 boneless pork chops
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp milk
1 Egg
1 box Stovetop Stuffing (pork chicken, or turkey flavour)
salt and pepper
How to make Stuffing Coated Pork Chops
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees.
Step 2: Lightly sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Step 3: On a plate, place the flour. In a bowl, beat the egg and milk. On another plate, place the stuffing mix.
Step 4: In flour, coat the pork chops one by one, then dip in the egg mixture and dredge into the stuffing mix, coating all sides.
Step 5: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour the melted butter. Once the butter has melted, lay the breaded pork chops in the pan. Place in the preheated oven and bake the chops for about 10 to 12 minutes. Turn on the other side and bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes.
Notes:
For this recipe, I used pork chops with a medium thickness. Adjust the cooking time as needed.
