Steak Bites with Garlic Butter & Mustard Dipping Sauce

PREP TIME: 10 MINS | COOK TIME: 5 MINS | TOTAL TIME: 15 MINS | SERVINGS: 4

Buttery, garlicky steak bites with garlic butter and mustard dipping sauce. An amazing dish that you can make in just 15 minutes! Impress everyone with this perfect appetizer or serve alongside your preferred side dish for a complete dinner meal.

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp olive oil

1 1/4 lbs steak cut into 1-inch cubes (sirloin, tenderloin, rib eye, or strip steak)

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp fresh parsley minced

MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE:

½ c sour cream

¼ c Maille Old Style Mustard

1-2 tsp hot sauce

1 clove garlic finely grated

Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Steak Bites with Garlic Butter & Mustard Dipping Sauce

Step 1: Combine the mustard dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl. To taste, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Place the dipping sauce into the fridge, covered until ready to serve.

Step 3: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil.

Step 4: When hot, add the steak and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5: Cook the steak for about 3 to 4 minutes, often stirring until golden brown.

Step 6: If using a large enough skillet, cook the steak in batches to not overcrowd the skillet.

Step 7: Adjust the heat to medium-low and add in the butter and garlic.

Step 8: Continue to cook for a minute or 2 more, stirring so the steak bites will be coated in the garlic-butter sauce.

Step 9: Garnish with parsley and serve the steak bites with the creamy mustard dipping sauce. Enjoy!
