Steak And Potatoes On A Stick

This Steak and Potatoes on a stick is the best! And if you love steak like me, you’ll surely dig this. A no-fuss, easy to prep, and ready in under twenty minutes – this fun, new way to enjoy steak and potatoes will be your favourite dinner. Transform your hot summer nights with this amazingly tender steak and potatoes that (without a doubt) stick to your ribs.

With a few ingredients, you’ll surely pull this off any time, whenever you want. Serve this on your next bbq with family and friends, and get ready because it’ll be raining compliments!

INGREDIENTS

1 pound sirloin, cut into 1″ pieces

2 tablespoons chopped rosemary, divided

4 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes

2 tablespoons dijon mustard (or whole grain mustard), divided

Steak sauce, for serving (optional)

How to make Steak And Potatoes On A Stick

Step 1: Ready the grill. Preheat it to medium-high heat.

Step 2: Soak the skewers for approximately 20 minutes.

Step 3: In 2 tbsp olive oil with a tbsp rosemary, toss the steak, and season with salt and pepper. Leave the steak in the marinade while getting the potatoes ready.

Step 4: In a large microwave-safe bowl, place the potatoes, cover, and microwave for about 6 to 8 minutes until tender. When done, set aside to cool.

Step 5: Once cool enough to handle, toss the potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, a tbsp rosemary, and mustard. To taste, season with salt and pepper.

Step 6: Onto the skewers, thread the steak and potatoes.

Step 7: Place on the preheated grill and cook for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is medium.

Step 8: If desired, serve with the steak sauce. Enjoy!
