2 lbs skirt steak, thinly sliced

2 tbsp cumin

2 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp salt

2 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp dried oregano

1/2 orange juice

1/4 c lime juice

2 large onions, one thinly sliced and one whole

2 bell peppers, thinly sliced

2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

Tortillas, warm

Cilantro

Lime wedges

How to make Stacked Steak Fajita

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees.

Step 2: Add the steak, cumin, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and dried oregano in a large bowl, then, pour in the orange and lime juice. Mix well.

Step 3: Massage the mixture onto the steak until completely coated and set aside.

Step 4: In the middle of a rimmed baking sheet, place the sliced (in half) onion, one side down. And in the centre of the onion, place a larger bamboo skewer.

Step 5: Place the steak up the skewer and on top, add the other half of the onion.

Step 6: On a baking sheet, lay out the sliced onion and peppers and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until completely cooked.

Step 8: Once done, remove from the oven and slice off the meat.

Step 9: Transfer the meat to a warmed tortilla and top with peppers and onions. Before serving, garnish with cilantro and fresh lime juice.
