Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Filled with cream cheese, fresh spinach, and Parmesan cheese, these stuffed chicken breasts are on their way to becoming your new family’s favourite. I suggest you give this a try soon so you’ll not miss out!

This recipe is incredibly quick to prepare. You just need a few simple ingredients that you can easily throw together and bake. This delicious dinner is ready in no more than thirty minutes and I am pretty sure that these will be gone as quickly!

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt, divided

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

4 oz. cream cheese softened

¼ c. grated Parmesan

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 ½ c. chopped fresh spinach

1 tsp garlic, minced

½ tsp red pepper flakes

How to make Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.

Step 2: On a cutting board, place the chicken breasts, then drizzle with oil.

Step 3: To a small bowl, add the paprika, half tsp salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. On both sides of the chicken, sprinkle this mixture evenly.

Step 4: Into the side of each chicken breast, slice a pocket using a sharp knife. Set aside.

Step 5: In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper, and the rest of the half tsp salt.

Step 6: Into each chicken breast, evenly spoon the spinach mixture.

Step 7: In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place the chicken breasts. Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered, until the chicken is cooked through.
