I am excited about this coming weekend. My family and friends are finally getting back together for a small gathering after a year! This pandemic put our weekly collection on hiatus. I will be bragging about my new favourite appetizer, and I am pretty sure everyone will love it. Spinach Ball Appetizers are savoury little bites of spinach, garlic, spices, and two kinds of cheese. Incredibly easy and quick to whip up using only pantry ingredients. I am planning to make a big batch because these spinach balls are so darn good, they’ll be all gone in seconds!
These cheesy, savoury, packed with vegetable appetizer is guaranteed family-approved. I have the pickiest eaters and they, too, love these spinach balls. You should try this soon and whip this up at your next party. I promise it’ll be a hit!

INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs
2 10-ounces packages frozen chopped spinach, defrosted, drained
2 c. Italian seasoned gluten-free breadcrumbs
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. white cheddar, shredded
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How to make Spinach Ball Appetizers
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, butter, green onions, eggs, cheddar, salt, pepper, and garlic in a large bowl. Mix well, then shape into balls. On a large greased baking sheet, place the spinach balls.
Step 3: Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until the spinach balls are golden brown and completely cooked.
NOTE:
The number of spinach balls you can make out of this recipe depends on what size you make them. To measure, I used a small ice cream scoop and made around 36 pieces.
