SPICY PORK NOODLES

A five ingredients noodles dish that you can eat in less than 20 minutes! Spicy Pork Noodles are a perfect way to use up leftover tenderloins. Great for everyone, this savoury dish is the perfect weeknight meal!

Pork tenderloin cooked in brown sugar, soy sauce, and chilli garlic sauce mixture with noodles is one heck of a meal! If desired, garnish with green onions. You can even add green beans or asparagus.

My partner is addicted to these Spicy Pork Noodles, and this has been our favourite date menu with an ice-cold beer. And it’s perfect because it takes only a few simple ingredients to make, plus you can adjust the kick depending on how you want it. Easy and quick sweet, spicy, and delicious noodles that are excellent for busy nights. We made this twice in a week, and we still want more!

Ingredients

1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon oil

¼ c brown sugar

½ c soy sauce

1 to 2 tablespoons chilli garlic sauce

2 (3 ounces) packages ramen noodles, any flavor

green onions, sliced

HOW TO MAKE SPICY PORK NOODLES

Step 1: In boiling water, cook the noodles for about 3 minutes. Discard the flavour packets. Once done, drain the noodles and set them aside.

Step 2: Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork tenderloin and cook until the meat begins to brown.

Step 3: Stir in the brown sugar, soy sauce, and chilli garlic sauce.

Step 4: Decrease the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Step 5: Add the noodles into the meat mixture and toss to coat.
