Ingredients
1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon oil
¼ c brown sugar
½ c soy sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons chilli garlic sauce
2 (3 ounces) packages ramen noodles, any flavor
green onions, sliced
HOW TO MAKE SPICY PORK NOODLES
Step 1: In boiling water, cook the noodles for about 3 minutes. Discard the flavour packets. Once done, drain the noodles and set them aside.
Step 2: Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork tenderloin and cook until the meat begins to brown.
Step 3: Stir in the brown sugar, soy sauce, and chilli garlic sauce.
Step 4: Decrease the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 5: Add the noodles into the meat mixture and toss to coat.
