6 large sweet potatoes
½ cup of butter
2 cups of white sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

Step 6: Cover the sweet potatoes evenly with sugar mixture.
Step 7: Stir and cover the skillet. Turn down the heat to low.
