3 lbs baby Dutch yellow potatoes
1/4 c olive oil
1 packet (1 oz) dry Ranch seasoning mix
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tbsp dried Parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
How to make Slow Cooker Ranch Potatoes
Step 1: Wash and pat dry the potatoes. Then, cut them in halves.
Step 2: Place the potatoes, olive oil, Ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, and dried parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to completely coat the potatoes.
Step 3: With nonstick cooking spray, lightly grease your crockpot insert.
Step 4: Into the prepared crockpot, transfer the potatoes, cover with the lid, and set on low. Cook for 4 to 6 hours. Or cook for 3 to 5 hours on high until tender.
Step 5: During the last 40 to 50 minutes of cooking, partly open the lid to crisp up the potatoes.
Step 6: Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Enjoy hot.
