I have enough pork chops recipes that I have not shared yet. I have posted some of my top picks, but this recipe here is the one dearest to me. It’s the very first slow cooker pork chop recipe I’ve made when I bought my trusty slow cooker. It’s been almost 4 years. This slow cooker tender boneless pork chops are cooked in a simple yet super delicious tangy sauce with sweet yellow onions. If this is the first time you’ve seen this, I guarantee that this recipe is for keeps and a must-try!
I love these delicious chops with some green beans and corn on the cob on the side. Whenever we have this on the table it feels like summer. I don’t grill so much, and this easily does the trick. You can even pair this with mashed potatoes, simple side salad tossed with dressing, rice pilaf, or baked potatoes with toppings.
