My forever favourite was cooked in a slow cooker. Comes out great the first time so I made it again and again! Macaroni & Cheese is my comfort food from then until now. Incredibly easy to throw together with only a few simple ingredients. Now, this slow cooker version makes this even simpler than ever.

The buttery and cheesy goodness of this dish makes an excellent dinner by itself. Or with added sausage, ground beef even chopped hot dogs! Either way, this Slow Cooker Macaroni & Cheese is fantastic! One bite and you’ll be devouring the whole thing!
Ingredients
16 oz. elbow macaroni
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 tbsp butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporate milk
2 1/2 c. whole milk
1 (16 oz.) package shredded sharp cheddar
8 oz. Velveeta
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp dry mustard
How to make Slow Cooker Macaroni & Cheese
Step 1: In a large pot of water, add a tbsp salt and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add in the elbow macaroni. According to the package directions, cook the macaroni for about 6 minutes until al dente. When done, drain the macaroni and rinse.
Step 2: Using a non-stick cooking spray, grease the inside of a slow cooker. Add in all the ingredients and stir. Make sure to save about 1/4 cup of cheddar for later.
Step 3: Cover the slow cooker and set it on high. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, stirring twice.
Step 4: Remove the cover and sprinkle the reserved cheddar. Cover the slow cooker again and allow the cheddar to melt.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
