Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

Slow cooker recipes are amazing! I have a long list of my favourite slow cooker recipes that I plan on sharing with everyone, but today all eyes are on this slow cooker creamy ranch pork chops. Easily make this fabulous dish from scratch in your trusty slow cooker without pocket seasonings!

For an easy weeknight meal, pair this dish with mashed potatoes or rice and your favourite vegetables. Do not forget to spoon the deliciously creamy ranch sauce on top. It’s a life-changer!

Ingredients

1 c milk

10.5 ounces can cream of chicken soup (or homemade)

2 chicken bouillon cubes crushed (or 2 teaspoons bullion paste)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

4-6 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless will work)

2 tablespoons dried parsley

1 teaspoon onion powder

10.5 ounces can cream of mushroom soup (or homemade)

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried dill

How to make Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

Step 1: Using a non-stick cooking spray, grease a slow cooker.

Step 2: Arrange the pork chops in the bottom of the prepared slow cooker.

Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients (milk, cream of chicken soup, bouillon, garlic powder, dried parsley, onion powder, cream of mushroom soup, pepper, dried basil, and dried dill). Mix well until blended and pout this on top of the pork chops

Step 4: Cover the slow cooker and set the pork chops to cook for 6 to 7 hours on a high setting or 3 to 4 hours on a low setting.

Step 5: When done, serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes, and alongside steamed/roasted veggies. Enjoy!

Notes:

Place the pork chops and the sauce in a gallon-size freezer resealable bag and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to serve, thaw in the fridge overnight and cook as directed.
