Slow Cooker Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole

This crazy delicious dish is packed with juicy kielbasa and gooey cheese. Easy and quick, and a total winner! Unfussy and effortless, all you have to do is toss everything in a slow cooker and come back with a full meal that everyone will enjoy!

Perfect as an all-day meal, this casserole is so satisfying and scrumptious! Not only that this is easy to throw together with just a few simple ingredients, but this too is versatile. Feel free to use any meat or combination of cheeses you like, and not to worry how this will go. Because this is a pretty simple dish, it will be hard for you to mess this up!

That sticky cheese is perfection! Strands of cheese when you pull that fork or spoon up simply makes my mouth water (and yours too!). And what’s best? You can easily feed the whole town with this without breaking the bank!

Feel free to experiment with the blend of cheese and meat. You can even use shredded or cubed hash brown. And add extra ingredients such as bacon or ham. This recipe is limitless! Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 (32 ounces) bag of hash browns, defrosted

14 ounces kielbasa, thawed and cut into small pieces

1 small onion, diced

1/3 c of butter, melted

2 1/2 c shredded cheese (or a mix of Monterey jack and cheddar)

10.5 ounces can cream of chicken

1 c whole milk

How to make Slow Cooker Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole

Step 1: In a greased crockpot, combine the hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of the cheese.

Step 2: Add the cream of chicken, butter, and milk in another bowl. Mix well, then pour over the hash brown mix.

Step 3: On top, sprinkle the rest of the cheese.

Step 4: Set on high and cook for about 3 hours.
