Ingredients
1 (3 pounds) boneless chuck roast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (18 ounces) bottle barbeque sauce
How to make Slow Cooker Barbeque
Step 1: In a slow cooker, place the roast and sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Over the meat, pour the barbeque sauce.
Step 3: Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low heat.
Step 4: Take the meat out of the slow cooker, shred, and place them back in the slow cooker. Cook for another hour.
Step 5: Enjoy hot.
