This is an incredibly easy chicken recipe that needs only three ingredients! A wonderful chicken dish that is perfect for everybody. All you need are boneless chicken (you can use both thighs and breasts), a packet of dried Italian dressing mix, and brown sugar, and you are on your way to making the Simply Great Chicken!
I always visit my favourite blogs and see if there are new recipe uploads. I am super happy to see this recipe. Chicken is a staple at home, and every time I see new chicken recipes, I just have to try them! I am super grateful I tried this asap because it straight away became my family’s favourite. The secret is to make sure to completely coat the chicken with the saucy melted brown sugar mix as it cooks. The only difference I made is to flip the chicken as often to ensure the chicken will be coated evenly.

About 3 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (I used both thighs and breasts)
1 (.7 oz.) packet of dried Italian dressing mix (such as Good Seasonings)
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
How to make Simply Great Chicken
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Ready a 12 x 9-inch pan. Grease and set aside. You can also line the pan with aluminium foil.
Step 3: After rinsing the chicken, pat them dry using paper towels.
Step 4: Mix well the dried Italian seasoning mix and the brown sugar until combined.
Step 5: Into the mixture, dip the chicken, pressing lightly to coat all sides. Transfer the chicken to the prepared pan topside facing down. Over the chicken, sprinkle the remaining coating.
Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes, flipping the chicken a few times. Make sure to spoon the saucy melted brown sugar mix over the chicken as well. The chicken should be facing up in the final turn.
