1/4 c chicken broth
3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary or 2 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh
2 teaspoons paprika

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
4 cloves garlic, minced (1 1/2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Combine cayenne pepper, rosemary, brown sugar, paprika, thyme, and onion powder in a bowl. Top the potatoes with 1/2 of the seasoning mixture
