This is the best seafood casserole I’ve tried in a very long time! The brothy sauce is amazing, and the garlic and cream effortlessly brought everything together. You have to try this soon. It is super simple to make yet guarantee incredible flavour!

This Simple Seafood Casserole requires just a few ingredients to whip up, and it is ready in no time. This casserole reminds me of my favourite seafood dish I often ordered but better!

I was very excited when I saw this recipe online. I know it’ll turn out wonderful, and I was right! My family loves every inch, and this casserole quickly became one of our favourite rotations.

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces

1 lb. large shrimp cleaned and deveined

1 lb. haddock cleaned and skinned

3- 4 garlic cloves minced

1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 – 3/4 c. heavy cream

Sea salt and pepper

Paprika

How to make Simple Seafood Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees. Using a cooking spray, grease a 7 x 11-inch glass-ceramic dish.

Step 2: Slice the haddock into around 1 1/2 in pieces. Lay them in the prepared pan, then add the shrimp. To taste, season with salt and pepper.

Step 3: To the fish and shrimp, add the minced garlic. Pour in the heavy cream and add the Swiss cheese.

Step 4: Around the pan, place the butter and dab some over the seafood/fish. Scatter the butter.

Step 5: Season the casserole with paprika.

Step 6: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the casserole for about 15 to 20 minutes. Keep in mind to not over-bake the shrimp.

Notes:

If desired, feel free to add a pound of sea scallions and cook them along with the rest at the same amount of time.
