Prep Time: 30 mins | Cook Time: 40 mins | Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins | Yield: 8 Servings

Potatoes, sausage, beans, and a lot more in this spectacular casserole! I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t give this recipe a try! This is a total family comfort food. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

1½ pound sausage, kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced ¼-inch thick

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ c butter

¼ c water

⅛ c vegetable oil

2 pounds of baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half

1 c onions, chopped

2 15-ounce cans of green beans, drained

1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Rinse the creamer potatoes with water and remove any dirt. Slice each into two and put them inside a large resealable bag.

Add the red pepper flakes, seasonings, pepper, and oil inside the bag with the potato slices. Seal and shake the bag to coat the potatoes with the ingredients.

Place a large frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add water and sausage, then cook for a few minutes until the water has evaporated and the sausage turns brown.

Move the sausage slices to a clean plate and let them cool. Add them inside the bag.

In the empty pan, add butter and allow it to melt. Add the garlic and onions, then sauté for a few minutes until aromatic and soft. Let the veggies cool and place them inside the bag as well. Seal the bag and shake it to incorporate all the ingredients.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread them evenly.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
