This recipe is one of my go-to. It’s budget-friendly, incredibly easy, and quick to make with impressive flavours! This dish is a must in your regular rotation. It’s my kind of standby dinner that I can easily throw together any time. For best results, I suggest using only lean ground beef. If desired, you can even make homemade beef gravy.

Ingredients
Patties:
1/3 c. Bread Crumbs
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
2 teaspoons Ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Gravy:
1 teaspoon Ketchup
2 c. hot Water
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
2 packets Brown Gravy Mix
HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SALISBURY STEAK
Step 1: In a large bowl, place the patties ingredients (bread crumbs, lean ground beef, ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder). Using your hands, massage the mixture until everything is well combined.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add the patties to the skillet once the oil is hot and cook both sides until browned.
Step 3: Adjust the heat to low.
Step 4: Combine the gravy mix with water until well mixed. Add the ketchup and Worcestershire. Whisk well until blended and pour this on the patties in the skillet. Let the mixture simmer until the gravy has thickened.
Note:
I recommend using lean ground beef for best results. You can also, make homemade beef gravy.
