2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
4-5 sprigs of fresh thyme, one for each fillet
lemon wedges
sea salt
1-pound flounder fillets, thin fillets, about 1/4-inch thick
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.
Place the flounder under running water and rinse them. Use paper towels to pat them dry.
Place the flounder fillets into the prepared baking dish and arrange them in a single layer.
In a mixing bowl, add garlic and olive oil. Stir until well blended. Add the mixture on top of the flounder fillets and spread it evenly. Top each flounder with thyme sprig and season with sea salt.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the flounder fillets for about 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven.
Serve right away with some lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!
