How to make Sausage Green Bean Potato Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Using a nonstick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Step 3: After washing the creamer potatoes, slice them in half, then add the pieces to a sealable gallon size baggie. Add the oil along with the seasonings, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Seal and shake them to coat.

Step 6: In a frying pan, melt the butter. Once melted, add the onions and garlic to the pan and cook until the onions are clear.
Step 7: Allow the onions to cool for a couple of minutes before adding to the baggie. Shake the baggie to mix.
Step 8: To the baggie, add the green beans and shake again. Into the prepared baking dish, empty the contents of the baggie. Tent the baking dish with foil and put it in the preheated oven. Bake the potatoes for about 40 minutes or until tender.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
