1 pizza dough ball

3/4 pounds pastrami, sliced
12 slices Swiss cheese
12 ounces sauerkraut
Egg for egg wash
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
Russian dressing:
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons minced pickles
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
How to make Reuben Stromboli
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: In rectangular shape, roll out the pizza dough, making sure it’s not too thin.
Step 3: Over the pizza dough, add a layer of pastrami, followed by cheese, and another layer of pastrami. Note to leave an inch border.
Step 4: Before adding the sauerkraut layer, make sure to squeeze the excess liquid first.
Step 5: Brush the long side of the dough with egg wash. Roll up and pinch the ends to seal.
Step 6: Brush the whole stromboli with egg wash and sprinkle over the caraway seeds.
Step 7: Place the stromboli on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 8: Meanwhile, add the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 9: Once done, remove the stromboli from the oven and cool for at least 15 minutes. Slice and serve with the dressing. Enjoy!
