1 (14 ounces) can sauerkraut drained
1/2 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
1/2 tsp Caraway Seeds
1 large egg white lightly beaten
How to make Reuben Crescent Bake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Lay an unrolled one tube of crescent roll dough in a lightly greased baking dish, then seal the perforations.
Step 3: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Take the dish out of the oven once the bottom dough has baked.
Step 4: On top of the baked crescent rolls, layer half of the cheese, then spread a layer of corned beef.
Step 5: Whisk the sauerkraut and Thousand Island Dressing until well combined. Spread this on top of the corned beef layer.
Step 6: For the final layer, sprinkle over the rest of the cheese.
Step 7: Lay the remaining half of the crescent roll dough on top of the cheese, then very carefully seal the perforations.
Step 8: Brush the top with the egg white and sprinkle with the caraway seeds.
Step 9: Return the baking dish to the oven and bake the Reuben for about 12 to 16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Step 10: Remove from the oven when done and let the Reuben stand for about 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
