Believe it or not, I lean toward pretty much anything over fish. Oddly enough, Red Lobster is one of my favorite recipes. If you have ever been there with me, you recognize I can pretty much eat my body mass in Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Trust me, you’ll love these biscuits, so read the instructions carefully below and you won’t regret!

INGREDIENTS

3 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten
DIRECTIONS
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Oil a 9×5 portion dish with oil.
In a bowl, whisk together the initial 5 ingredients. Stir the mix in cheese blocks until covered in flour blend
Keep your cheese from sinking to the base of your portion of bread.
In another bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients.
Now, fold the wet blend into the flour and cheese blend, mix until joined.
Spread the blend into a container.
Heat for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes and afterward, remove it from the container. Allow for it to cool for an hour before serving.

Spread the blend into the portion container.
Heat for 45-50 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and afterward expel from the container. Permit cooling for one hour before cutting and serving.
