This is the easiest lasagna recipe you’d make. Same goodness but less the fuss. Enjoy a salad and a glass of wine.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 (24 oz) jars prepared pasta sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Randy’s Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna
Step 1: Over medium-high heat, heat a large skillet. Once hot, add the beef, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir for about 5 to 7 minutes until the meat is brown and crumbly. Then, drain the excess oil.
Step 2: Into the ground mixture, stir in the pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, basil, and oregano.
Step 3: Into the bottom of a slow cooker, ladle a generous amount of the meat sauce. Top with ravioli, then ladle another layer of the meat sauce. Do this until all the ingredients are used.
Step 4: Cook for 3 to 5 hours on low.
Step 5: Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese. Cook for another 45 minutes to an hour until the cheese has melted.
Note:
For this recipe, you can use two jars of pasta sauce if you want this rich or one jar if you don’t like too much sauce. Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to taste.
