4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 lb. Gemelli Or Elbow Pasta
Dressing Mix Shaker
3 c. Whole Milk
2 tsp Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad
2 c. Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
HOW TO MAKE RANCH MAC ‘N CHEESE – CREAMY
Step 1: Following the package directions, cook the pasta. When done, drain and set aside.
Step 2: In the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. As the butter starts to foam, stir in the flour for about 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth. Add the milk followed by the seasoning mix. Keep stirring and continue to cook for approximately 5 minutes until the mixture has thickened.
Step 3: Take the pan off the heat. Add the cheese, stirring until melted before adding in the cooked pasta. Toss to coat.
Step 4: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
