To make these Salisbury Steak Meatballs you do not need a long list of ingredients. All you need are a few basic ingredients. These meatballs are made from ground beef combined with a few condiments. For a simple, yet filling meal, serve these Salisbury Steak Meatballs over noodles or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pounds of ground beef
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
3/4 cup water
1 pkg dry au jus mix
How to make Salisbury Steak Meatballs
Step 1: Place the ground beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and milk in a large bowl. Mix well using your hands until just combined, then form the mixture into meatballs.
Step 2: In the flour, lightly dredge the meatballs, shaking the excess flour.
Step 3: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the meatballs (in batches) to the skillet and cook until all sides are browned.
Step 4: Into a slow cooker, add the meatballs.
Step 5: Place the cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and water in a large bowl. Mix well until blended and smooth. Then, pour this over the meatballs.
Step 6: Set to cook the meatballs for 3 to 4 hours on high or 4 to 5 hours on low.
Step 7: When done, serve the Salisbury Steak Meatballs over egg noodles or rice. Enjoy!
