6 large pork chops
6 medium potatoes
all-purpose flour
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 10.5 oz each
1/2 can water

How to Make Pork Chop Potato Casserole
Step 1: First, wash and peel the potatoes.
Step 2: Slice the potatoes into round shapes.
Step 3: Place the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a large casserole dish and sprinkle with salt-and-pepper.
Step 4: Then, with flour coat the pork chops evenly.
Step 5: Place the chops in a large skillet with hot oil and brown on each side.
Step 6: Layer the cooked pork chops over the potatoes.
Step 7: Meanwhile, heat the soup with water.
Step 8: Pour the heated soup on top of the pork chops and potatoes.
Step 9: Then, cover the dish with foil before placing it inside the oven to bake for one and a half hours at 350 degrees.
