Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sliders

I cannot live without easy and quick recipes like this Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sliders. This kind of recipe saves me more than I can remember! These sliders are super versatile. perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast or snacks and excellent for game days! If you want another party food to try, then you should not miss this recipe! These poppy seed ham and cheese sliders are always a big hit and never fail to impress everybody. A delicious homemade meal that you can easily and quickly throw together any time!

Ingredients

12 sweet slider buns

24 slices swiss, provolone, or pepper jack cheese your choice

¾ lb Eckrich Ham Off the Bone deli meat sliced

Glaze:

2 tablespoons light brown sugar

½ c. butter

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

How to make Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sliders

Step 1: Using cooking spray, lightly grease a 9 z 13-inch dish.

Step 2: In half like a sandwich, slice the slider buns, making sure not to break them into individual sliders yet.

Step 3: Into the prepared dish, place the bottom layer of the sliders and top with a layer of ham, then the rest of the cheese.

Step 4: Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Add the brown sugar, Dijon, poppy seeds, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt & pepper. Mix well until combined. Over the rolls, brush this mixture and pour the rest of the mixture on top, coating the rolls completely.

Step 5: Tent the dish with aluminium foil. Place in the preheated 350 degrees oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and serve the sliders right away. Enjoy!
