Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sliders

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 40 mins | Servings: 12

Everyone loves these Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sliders. Perfect for feeding the crowd or a large party, these sliders are so good, it’ll be hard to pass! And this is super easy and quick to make, you’ll have this on your table in no time!

This grab-and-go breakfast is most loved by my kids. And whether you are planning to host your next game day, parties, or just want something easy for your family, this recipe is everything.

Ingredients

3/4 lb Eckrich Ham Off the Bone deli meat sliced

12 sweet slider buns

24 slices Swiss, provolone, or pepper jack cheese your choice

Glaze:

1 stick butter

2 tablespoons light brown sugar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to make Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sliders

Step 1: With cooking spray, lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch dish.

Step 2: In half, cut the slider buns like a sandwich.

Step 3: Into the prepared dish, place the buns, bottomed layer first.

Step 4: On top, add half of the cheese, followed by a layer of ham, now, the rest of the cheese.

Step 5: Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl.

Step 6: Combine the brown sugar, Dijon, poppy seeds, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt & pepper.

Step 7: Brush the tops of the rolls with the brown sugar mixture.

Step 8: Pour the rest of the mixture over.

Step 9: With aluminium foil, tent the sliders. Place inside the preheated 350 degrees oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 10: Remove from the oven and uncover. Place back in the oven and continue baking for 10 minutes more.

Step 11: Enjoy immediately.
