Easy and quick soup made with kielbasa, onions, cabbage, potatoes, and vegetable stock. A no-fuss, super simple Polish Kielbasa and Cabbage Soup that you can fix in only thirty minutes. A nice way to feel cosy on cold days without throwing so much effort.
I love kielbasa no matter how it is fixed. It’s one of the many reasons I love and enjoy this dish. And I like a bit of a kick so I add in a little hot sauce in this. Sure this traditional Eastern European soup is healthy and delicious in a bowl! Originally made sauerkraut, this amazing soup is comforting in every way. This is also perfect to make ahead. Just store this in the fridge (for up to 4 days) and reheat. Feel free to add carrots, celery, and more kielbasa and cabbage for a one-packed soup! Enjoy every sip and gulp!
