1 box white cake mix
1 c crushed pineapples (drained)
1/2 c pistachio nuts, chopped
1 box pistachio pudding ( about 3.4 oz)
3 Eggs
1 c of water
1/3 c oil
How to make Pistachio Watergate Cake With Pineapple
Step 1: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Step 2: Add the cake mix, pineapples, pistachio nuts, pudding, eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl. Mix for about 2 minutes with an electric mixer.
Step 3: Fold in the remaining pistachio nuts.
Step 4: Place the batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan or two round cake pans.
Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven according to package direction.
Step 6: Once done, remove from the oven and let the cake cool at room temperature.
Step 7: Pour in the milk in a medium mixing bowl and add in the pudding. Mix well and chill in the fridge for at least 5 minutes.
Step 8: Stir in the Cool Whip until incorporated.
Step 9: Frost the entire cake and chill in the fridge.
