Christmas is just around the corner. Everyone is excited and already brainstorming what to do or cook for Holiday dinner. While the adults are busy with the menu, then kids are ecstatic about the treats! Christmas bark is one of the most popular holiday desserts. You can make or find varieties of Christmas barks. This treat is not only popular during Christmas, but you can easily whip them up all year round.
This simple Pistachio Cranberry Bark is one of my favourite bark recipes. I love using white chocolate chips, and pistachios are my thing. Beware though, this Pistachio Cranberry Bark is so addicting, you’ll not want to stop munching until you are too tired to chew!
To make this Pistachio Cranberry Bark all you need are three ingredients; chopped pistachio, chopped dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips. Nothing else, just these three! The result is a winner treat with a beautiful colour combination. No doubt why these are so nice to give as Christmas giveaways. Make a bunch, pop them in cute jars or boxes, write a personalized card, and give these to your family, friends, and colleagues.
