Pioneer Woman Beef Noodle Skillet

This Pioneer Woman Beef Noodle Skillet is incredibly easy and quick to throw together using only a few pantry-friendly ingredients. My favourite noodle dish is packed with flavour, super delicious, and drool-worthy. Every time I serve this amazing beef noodle, it rain compliments! If you have not tried this yet, you should very soon. This beef noodle skillet deserves a spot on your favourite list.

Ingredients

12 oz. egg noodles

1 lb ground chuck

1 yellow onion – diced

3 cloves garlic – minced

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp salted butter

2 1/2 c. beef broth

1 tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp heavy cream

1/3 c. sour cream

1 tbsp grainy mustard

2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

A couple dashes Worcestershire sauce

Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper

How to make Pioneer Woman Beef Noodle Skillet

Step 1: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for about a minute. Now, add the ground chuck and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for additional 5 minutes, breaking the meat as it cooks, until done. Then, add the tomato paste and cook for another 30 seconds.

Step 2: To the skillet, add the noodles, broth, 1c. hot water, mustard, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until blended and bring to a simmer. Put the lid on and continue to simmer, stirring often. If needed, add another half cup of water. Cook for 12 minutes more or until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened. Then, add the sour cream and heavy cream. Stir and continue to cook for another minute or until the pasta is tender.

Step 3: When done, remove from the heat and serve the beef noodle skillet garnished with some chives. Enjoy!
