How to make Philly Cheese Steak Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. And using a nonstick spray, grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Into bite-sized pieces, dice the peppers and onions. Then, mince the garlic.
Step 3: To a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it into pieces as it cooks. After breaking the meat apart (but still pink), add the peppers along with the onion, garlic, and seasoned salt. Cook further until the beef is cooked through and the veggies have softened a little, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Drain the excess grease and transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place the small pieces of cheese on the entire beef mixture. You can use more cheese if desired.
Step 5: To a mixing bowl, add the eggs, cream, hоt ѕаuсе, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well until mixed. Then, pour this over the beef.
Step 6: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until the eggs are set. Remove from the oven when done and allow the casserole to sit for at least 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
