This creamy and rich Pecan Pie never gets old. Everyone’s favourite and the most requested during gatherings especially for Holiday meals. And the best part is, this is super easy to throw together with only a few simple ingredients. Add the pecans into the bottom of the crust or decorate as you desire. For that extra goodness, add a dollop of fresh whip cream before serving.

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup of sugar
4 Eggs, beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 9″, unbaked pie crust
How to make Pecan Pie – Sarah’s Favorite
Step 1: Ready the listed ingredients above.
Step 2: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 325 degrees F.
Step 3: Put the butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Mix well. Cook, stirring regularly over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. When done, remove from the heat and allow the syrup mixture to cool for a bit.
Step 4: Meanwhile, combine the eggs, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl. Stir in the syrup mixture until incorporated.
Step 5: Into the prepared pie shell, transfer the mixture. You can either add the pecans into the bottom of the crust as they will float and arrange themselves. Or for a particular design, add them after pouring in the mixture.
Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 50 to 55 minutes.
Step 7: When done, remove the pie from the oven and serve warm or cold. If desired, add a dollop of fresh whip cream on top. Enjoy!
