Servings: 2 dozen
These peanut butter balls are super addicting! I made a bunch of this treat last Christmas and gifted them to my friends and colleagues. I even whipped up another batch for our dessert platter. Everyone loves a handy treat, something they can grab and eat, and these peanut butter balls are just that. Sweet, tasty, incredibly, and always a big hit! Peanut butter coated in chocolate, I will never say no to this fantastic treat!
I love no-bake desserts! I do not have to heat the house with the oven, and they are so easy to whip up just like this recipe here. Made with only four ingredients, this amazing treat sure goes pretty fast!

Ingredients
6 tablespoons unsalted butter – softened
1 c. creamy peanut butter – I do not recommend the natural peanut butter with oils
16 ounces chocolate bark
2 c. powdered sugar
How to make Peanut Butter Balls
Step 1: Combine the peanut butter and butter in a medium-sized bowl until creamy. Then, gradually stir in the powdered sugar until well mixed. Cover and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Step 2: Once the peanut butter mixture is set, scoop about 1-inch ball and roll. Place it on a cookie sheet. Repeat. When done, keep in the freezer.
Step 3: On top of a saucepan filled with water, place a heat-safe bowl. Add the chocolate bark and melt. Then, stir until the chocolate is fully melted.
Step 4: Stick a toothpick into the peanut butter balls and dip them one by one into the chocolate, tapping your wrist a couple of times to release some of the drippage.
Step 5: Onto a sheet of wax paper, drop the coated balls, and let the chocolate harden. Then, transfer the coated balls into a container and keep them on the counter or fridge.
