1 ½ cups of peanut butter
4 cups of confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of maple-flavored extract
2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
How to make Peanut Butter Balls
Step 1: In a bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, and maple flavoring. Cream and knead well.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Stir until smooth.
Step 3: Scoop some dough and portion them into 1-inch balls.
Step 4: Use a fork to dip each peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate. make sure to tap all the excess chocolate.
Step 5: Place them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
Melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Dip into melted chocolate chips.
