I was hesitant to try this at first. Afraid to mess up my favourite Peach Cobbler. But to my surprise, it was so good! Adding Minute Made to this already amazing cobbler makes it even better. It’s worth the try, and I promise, you’ll love it!

2 can(s) peach pieces in light syrup, drain and save syrup (29 ounces each)
1 stick unsalted butter
2 cups Bisquick (original)
1 cup milk
1 cup peach drink (I used Minute Maid peach)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sugar/cinnamon blend (1 cup sugar 1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon), divided
2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
3 tablespoons corn starch
3 tablespoons peach drink (Minute Maid peach)
How to make Peachy Peach Cobbler
Step 1: Drain the cans of peaches, saving the syrup. In a medium bowl, place the peaches and the syrup in a medium saucepan.
Step 2: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. In a 10 x 14-inches baking dish, put a stick of unsalted butter, then place the baking dish into the oven. Allow the butter to melt. Take the baking dish out of the oven once the butter has melted and set aside.
Step 3: In the meantime, combine the Bisquick, milk, peach drink, sugar, sugar/cinnamon blend (setting 2 Tbsp aside for topping), and a teaspoon vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix using a wire whisk until smooth, then set aside.
Step 4: In a cup, mix the corn starch with the peach drink. Whisk until smooth, then keep it aside.
Step 5: Bring the syrup to a light boil over medium-high heat. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the syrup is thick. Take off the heat and add the rest of the 1 tsp vanilla extract. Set aside.
Step 6: Under the baking pan, place a cookie sheet large enough to catch the cobbler dripping. Pour the batter from the baking pan over the butter and make sure NOT TO STIR. Over the batter, place the reserved peaches, covering completely the batter. DO NOT STIR. And over the peaches, add the syrup mixture. Again, DO NOT STIR.
Step 7: On the middle rack in the oven, place the cobbler and bake for about 60 minutes until the crust is dark golden brown. When done, tale the cobbler from the oven and sprinkle over the rest of the 2 tbsp sugar/cinnamon. Before serving, allow the cobbler to cool for at least 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream on top if desired. Enjoy!
