PAULA DEEN CORN CASSEROLE

You’ll love this Corn Casserole! It’s incredibly easy and quick to throw together with unimaginable combinations of flavour! Using only a few simple ingredients, you can whip this up anytime!

This is an amazing casserole – sweet, savoury, fluffy, and creamy. It’s the perfect comfort food for when you find yourself craving sweet-savoury sides. It’s a wonderful casserole that is guaranteed not to let you down!

There are so many things to love about this recipe. Apart from this requires only six ingredients, you can also make this in a matter of minutes! A simple dump-and-go recipe with one of the best flavours you’ll crave again and again. Serve this on your next bbq for an impressive side that everyone will devour!

INGREDIENTS

1 (15.25-oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 (14.75 -oz.) can creamed-style corn

1 (8 -oz.) box corn muffin mix

1 c. sour cream

1/2 c. butter, melted

1 to 1 ½ c. cheddar, shredded

HOW TO MAKE PAULA DEEN CORN CASSEROLE

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. And using nonstick cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Place the can of whole kernel corn, creamed corn, corn mix (only the ingredients found on the box), sour cream, and butter in a mixing bowl. Mix well until just combined.

Step 3: Into the prepared baking dish, pour the mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 4: When done, take the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar on top. Place the casserole back in the oven and resume baking for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Step 5: Allow the casserole to sit for at least 5 to 10 minutes once done baking. Serve warm. Enjoy!
