8 ounces Cream cheese
¾ c Ranch
¼ c Hot sauce
2 c Chicken boiled and chopped
1 ½ c Mozzarella cheese
1 c Cheddar cheese
2-3 pieces Chives
HOW TO MAKE PASTA BAKE
Step 1: Add the pasta into salted boiling water and cook following the package direction until Al dente.
Step 2: Drizzle a bit of oil to the pasta so it doesn’t stick together.
Step 3: Combine the cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch in another bowl until you reached a smooth creamy batter consistency.
Step 4: Into the batter, add half a cup of grated mozzarella, chopped chicken, and boiled pasta. Carefully toss to coat the pasta with the cheesy batter.
Step 5: Use butter to grease a baking dish. And equally, distribute the pasta into the prepared dish.
Step 6: Then, add the rest of the grated mozzarella and cheddar on top.
Step 7: Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated 375 degrees F oven or until the cheese has fully melted.
Step 8: Before serving, sprinkle over with chives.
Note:
To make sure that the pasta will not get dry, it is important to not overcook it.
