Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops Recipe

Tender and juicy pork chops with a tasty Parmesan crust. A breeze to make and perfect to serve with just about anything from mashed potatoes, rice, your favourite veggies, etc. Made with only four readily available ingredients and just ten minutes to prep. These delicious pork chops are a sure-fire! A packed full of flavour and very moist pork chops that are perfect for the whole family!

I made this a lot of times already and just last night I tried to add some Worcestershire sauce to the egg batter and bread crumbs to the Parmesan mixture and the chops came out super amazing! I read some reviews and a few added some crushed butter/garlic croutons into the batter. Feel free to try whatever works for you.

Simple recipe, pretty straightforward, and flexible. Made this as-is countless times in the past and just recently decided to try some of the suggestions. In my better judgment, this fabulously easy recipe is the perfect base recipe for the best pork chop meal!

Ingredients

1 serving cooking spray

1 Egg

¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

2 boneless pork chops, trimmed

How to make Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

Step 2: With cooking spray, grease a baking dish and set it aside.

Step 3: In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg.

Step 4: On a plate, combine the Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning.

Step 5: Into the egg, dip the pork chops, then coat both sides into the Parmesan mixture. Into the prepared baking dish, place the breaded pork chops.

Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake the middle of the meat reached at least 145 degrees F or 63 degrees C.

Step 7: Remove from the oven and serve immediately with your favourite side. Enjoy!
