Yields: 8

This is another amazing recipe for keeps. Easy and quick chicken dinner made with just a few simple ingredients and ready in no time! These chicken Parmesan roll-ups are loaded with marvellous flavours and best service with your favourite dip like marinara sauce, etc.

Ingredients

8 pieces of uncooked chicken tenderloins

1 can of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1/2 c. of mayonnaise

1/4 3-tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese

4 slices of deli-style mozzarella cheese

3 tbsp butter

1 c. marinara sauce

salt and pepper

How to make Parmesan Chicken Roll-Ups

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees. Using cooking spray, grease a cookie sheet.

Step 2: Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 3: In a skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet once the butter has melted and cooked for about 10 minutes until all sides ate nicely browned, then set aside.

Step 4: Whisk the mayonnaise with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.

Step 5: Put a piece of chicken on each unrolled crescent roll triangle at the wide end. On top of each chicken, spread a generous layer of the mayonnaise mixture.

Step 6: In half, divide the slices of mozzarella to make 8 slices, then add these on top of each chicken piece. Now, around each chicken piece, roll the crescent dough and place it on the prepared cookie sheet.

Step 7: In the microwave, melt the rest of the tbsp of butter, then brush it over the tops of the crescent roll. With the rest of the grated Parmesan cheese, sprinkle each roll-up. Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 14 to 15 minutes until golden brown.

Step 8: When done, remove from the oven and serve right sway with warmed marinara sauce. Enjoy!
