This is an easy sheet pan meal that you can make using only a few ingredients including my favourite smoked sausage, potatoes, and onions! Always a hit and must try!
Back in the day, I was too lazy to cook, so I always resort to takeouts and junk foods. But all that changed when I got to my place. I made my kitchen my safe heaven. When I learned to cook, I never stop! I have my faves and go-to, and this easy Oven Roasted Smoked Sausage and Potatoes is one of them. It’s a simple dish with loads of flavour and pairs so well with almost everything! And I love the phenomenal flavour of smoked sausage. Combine it with filling potatoes rich in potassium and caramelized onions, you’ve got a winner dish!

INGREDIENTS
1 pound of smoked turkey sausage, cut into rounds
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
3 medium potatoes russet
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
How to make Oven Roasted Smoked Sausage and Potatoes
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Using tin foil, line a large baking sheet. Grease with cooking spray and set aside.
Step 3: Into rounds, slice the sausage. In the same size, chop the onions and potatoes. Add them into the large bowl. Now, drizzle the slices with a tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss with your hands until everything is completely coated.
Step 4: Onto the prepared sheet pan, pour the potatoes, onions, and sausages slices. Then, spread them out. Roast in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes to an hour until the potatoes are golden brown and tender. Make sure to stir every 15 minutes. Remove from the oven when done and divide into 8 equal servings. Enjoy!
