Ingredients
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
1 can of chilli or leftover homemade chilli
1/2 an onion diced
cheddar cheese
mayonnaise
stone-ground mustard
dill relish
How to make Oven Baked Hotdogs
Step 1: With mayonnaise and mustard, line the inside of hot dog buns. Add the relish evenly, then fill with hot dogs, squeezing the stuffed buns after into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Step 2: On top of the hot dogs, spread the chilli, diced onion, and cheese. Using aluminium foil, tent the dish, place it in a 350 degrees oven, and bake for about 45 minutes.
Step 3: When done, take the hot dogs out of the oven. Using a spatula, very carefully remove the hot dogs from the pan and serve. Enjoy!
