1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 (16 ounces) bag of frozen hash browns
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
How to make Sheet Pan Hashbrown
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the hash browns, olive oil, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Add the egg and cheese, then toss until blended.
Step 3: On a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminium foil, evenly spread the mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until crispy.
