How to make Only One Bowl Apple Cake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Add the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and oil to a large bowl and mix well.
Step 3: Peel the apple, slice, then toss to the bowl to coat with the mixture.
Step 4: Combine the baking soda and flour. Add this to the bowl where the apples are. Using a fork, mix until the flour is completely absorbed by the wet ingredients.
Step 5: Into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch round pans, pour the mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes.
