2 Eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
6 medium gala or fuji or honey crisp apples
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
How to make Only One Bowl Apple Cake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Add the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and oil in a large bowl. Mix well until incorporated.
Step 3: Add the peeled and sliced apples into the mixture and fold to keep the apples from turning brown.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, add the baking soda and flour. Whisk well before adding to the mixture.
Step 5: Use a fork to mix well until the flour is thoroughly incorporated.
Step 6: Transfer the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch round pans.
Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes.
